Constructability review, schedule and production planning, material procurement planning and inventory strategy. Our principal was trained on blueprints at Pittard Vocational School in 1986 and has been reading them on live sites ever since.
The cheapest problem to fix is the one found on paper. The most expensive is the one found at closeout.
